As WIN grew beyond an annual summit into a negotiation skills organization serving individuals and companies through coaching, workshops, and events, WIN Coaching became a core part of that evolution. A cornerstone program, it offered a direct, high-touch offer built for women navigating career and business negotiations.
In 2020, I helped design and launch WIN Coaching from the ground up, focusing on a program structure built for scale. I developed the internal systems, coach onboarding flow, and client experience pipeline, so delivery stayed consistent as demand grew. Over the years (2020 - 2025) I shaped the offer itself, including packaging, pricing, and the materials needed to sell it, sales decks, marketing assets, and web content.
On the corporate side, the program supports businesses developing female leaders through virtual negotiation coaching and advisory support tied to real outcomes, stronger negotiation performance, better deal execution, and sharper influence in high-stakes contexts. My work connected the promise to the process, intake, matching, scheduling, and coach visibility, so clients and teams moved from interest to sessions without friction.
